Important Notes: 

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) provides time limited funding for support coordination and recovery coaching for some NDIS Plans. 

We only engage in one specific defined role under each NDIS Plan. 
  
Our work in NDIS is very specific, and falls within the context of each individual NDIS Plan, guidelines and rules.

Usually, NDIS Support Coordination needs to be delivered within tight funding constraints. With careful and measured work, we aim to deliver maximum service for our clients.

To get the most benefit from NDIS Plans, we develop an implementation plan, a bit like a road map, it helps guide our collaborative  work.

There are occasions where NDIS Plan funds can't be stretched the full duration of a Plan period for a number of reasons. This needs to be raised with NDIA as early as possible to make further decisions about funding and continuity of care. We will support clients as best as we can through any funding gaps, until this is sorted, or clients are engaged with other care and support.
