  • Eight years technical and complex work in NDIS
    Previously, Assistant Director at NDIA in community and mainstream engagement
    Managed on two NDIS rollouts, including complex rural and remote implementation
    Managed the NDIA internal Local Area Coordination team
    Held portfolios in psychosocial disability, culturally linguistic diversity, rural and remote communities

  • Twenty years leadership across a broad range of frontline services: government, private, community

  • Trauma and complexity informed practice

  • Complex case management.

  • Authorised Warm Data and People need People Host.

  • Design and implementation of large-scale community and mainstream engagement

  • Designing and communicating accessible information

When Katies not at work, she'll be with her amazing working kelpies and Cavoodle, exploring rock pools, taking photos, testing coffee and international street food, and having fun-times with her family and friends.
